Being that we live in Texas, finding a quality realtor was paramount. I took a chance and did a search for real estate agents in Walnut Creek, CA and your site came up. I did a little research and contacted Veronica Hidalgo along with at least two others. My wife also had a conversation with Veronica and together we decided to select her as our agent. Since this was my first home sale in many years, I had decided that I would interview three realtors. I always liked to read her newsletter that she distributes to the neighborhood which is full of the latest house market prices and got home tips, etc. I recently used her services to sell my house and she did a fantastic job. The house was rented for the last couple of years and I am overseas for a while.
