Meet the Team

Heather Della Santina
DRE# 01334394

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Heather Della Santina knows what a remarkable area we live in. Shortly after graduating from San Francisco State University with a degree in Psychology, she realized the abundance of opportunities in the real estate market and decided to obtain her California Real Estate license in 2002. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she spent several years in the mortgage industry at Wells Fargo and RPM.  She also has extensive knowledge as a transaction coordinator. Heather’s background in mortgage financing and years of experience with transaction coordination provides her with an intimate knowledge of real estate contracts and provides her with a detailed and understanding approach to the escrow process.

From the first time you meet Heather, she will make you feel at ease with her professionalism and personable working style. Heather’s approach to real estate is focused around getting to know her clients as real people, helping them make the most important decision of their lives, while creating lifelong friendships. Heather is passionate about helping buyers and sellers fully understand the real estate process by providing the tools they need every step of the way.

Heather joined Dudum Real Estate Group as part of the Veronica Hidalgo Team. Heather believes in Veronica’s strong work ethic and believes Veronica’s mission statement as a REALTOR® align with her own; to maintain extensive knowledge of the market, be an exceptional communicator, and being an experienced/ skilled negotiator. Heather has worked with Veronica for several years as her Transaction Coordinator and knows how detail oriented, she is and how much work she does on behalf of her clients. When deciding to get back into real estate as an agent Heather knew that she only wanted to be apart of Veronica’s team.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and two kids, Jules and Vince, attending swim meets and baseball games. She loves a good work out in her home gym, home cooked Italian meals, hanging out by the pool, and enjoying the simple things in life with maybe a few cocktails.

Daniel Moncayo

Daniel has been navigating real estate transactions, major remodels, and property management for over a decade. This experience has naturally developed into a passion for real estate, where his strong work ethic fuels his desire to be a strong and reliable advocate for his clients.

Born and raised in Concord and Walnut Creek, Daniel excelled in competitive sports while attending De La Salle High School and California State University, East Bay. He got his start as an aspiring entrepreneur in the real estate industry in 2008 when he purchased several homes and simultaneously managed major remodels, many of which turned into rental properties. Since then, Daniel has been advising and educating on investment opportunities and has expanded his portfolio to include a variety of options including three local food establishments, two of which he directly founded.

Operating in these highly competitive sectors, Daniel has gained a unique skill set and perspective of what people love. In his search to provide value and success to his clients, he utilizes the latest marketing tools and technology to achieve maximum exposure for his clients and their homes.

Having lived in the area his entire life, Daniel is very familiar with neighborhood trends and the small housing bubbles that certain sectors may experience. His deeply rooted ties to the community, friends, and family allow him to close generational gaps and the ever-dynamic environments around them.

At his core, Daniel is a happily married father of two. He absolutely loves his community and aims to satisfy his clients with results. It is for these reasons he has been recruited to the Hidalgo Team and joined the prestigious ranks of REALTORS® at Dudum Real Estate Group.
